Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs, ensuring their successful implementation and operation.

Duties:
- Supervise program activities and staff to ensure smooth operation
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess needs and develop programs accordingly
- Provide administrative support for program activities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community members
- Assist in program development and evaluation
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field
- Proven experience in program management, social work, or related field
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Strong administrative skills including budgeting and resource management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.5 – 40.00 per week
